CAMEEL (Cambodia Energy & Environmental Leadership) is for all types of buildings and all phases of buildings including new construction, interior fit outs, operations and maintenance and core and shell.Buildings shall be grouped under different categories based on plinth area and certified as CAMEEL certified, 3 Star, 4 Star and 5 Star. The scoring for each certification is based on the particular scoring system as detailed out in reference guides.
